CIVICOM is my personal project that solves a concrete problem: information about civic activities in Romania is scattered across Facebook groups, WhatsApp conversations, and Instagram pages. There is no central place where a citizen who wants to get involved can search. The platform brings everything into one system. NGOs, organizers, and ordinary citizens can create, follow, and participate in civic actions without jumping between platforms. In the first 30 days after launch, 60 people registered on their own, without any promotion.

A package of two Claude Code skills built for Romanian text: ai-check-ro detects whether a text was AI-generated using a 100-point scoring system based on 27+ documented linguistic patterns, and humanizer-ro rewrites AI text to sound natural and human, eliminating 33 specific patterns and matching the author's voice from a writing sample.

Trenduri Digitale is a tech blog published under the brand "Tech cu sinceritate", with articles about smartphones, gadgets, and artificial intelligence. I built the entire editorial platform: dynamic articles from Supabase, category system, article view counter, newsletter, author profiles, and complete SEO optimization with structured data.

EcoElite is a Bucharest-based company specialized in collecting and recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). I built the corporate site with scroll reveal animations, dark theme, and a contact form with validation. The platform presents the company's services to three distinct segments: producers, distributors, and private individuals.

DigiTalent is a recruitment agency from Bucharest that connects candidates with companies across Romania. I built the agency website from scratch: from the job listings and dedicated sections for companies and candidates, to the editorial blog and testimonials. The site is designed to present the agency's services in a professional way and generate leads through contact forms.

A WordPress plugin built for a joinery company that allows customers to configure a custom window directly on the WooCommerce product page. The client sets the number of panes, opening type, dimensions, glass, color, and hardware, sees a live SVG preview and the price updating in real time, then adds the configured window directly to cart. The project has two components that work together: a PHP WordPress plugin and a Next.js calculator rendered as a static export inside an iframe.
